Grown in the coastal valleys of Madagascar, raffia is a soft, pliable, durable and biodegradable fibre making it a perfect material choice. Raffia fibres are taken from the raffia palm leaf, allowing a sustainable harvest that doesn’t harm the plant, which is left living, continuing to grow and produce.
