A very versatile vintage  hat in black tulle that is gathered and attached to a covered headband. You can wear it with the tulle netting on the front or back. The tulle has some small daisy appliques, adding interest.
The double layer of netting is 16" long from the headband. One size fits all, in excellent condition.
